1. General provisions
1.1. These terms set out the rights, obligations and liability of the buyer and of the seller — MB Partspro, company code 305636279, VAT identification number LT100013529014, Mėnulio g. 22, Vilnius (hereinafter — the Seller) — when purchasing goods in the partspro.lt online shop.
1.2. Purchases may be made by natural persons having legal capacity and by legal entities. Registration is not mandatory.
2. Orders and conclusion of the contract
2.1. The contract is deemed concluded when the Buyer fills the cart, provides their details, chooses a delivery and payment method and confirms the order, and the Seller sends a confirmation by e-mail.
2.2. The Seller has the right to refuse an order if the item is not in the supplier's warehouse, if its price on the website was stated incorrectly because of a technical error, or if the Buyer has not provided the required details. In such a case the money paid is refunded within 5 business days.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. Prices are stated in euros including 21 % VAT. The delivery charge is stated separately while the order is being placed.
3.2. Orders in which the value of the goods is less than 10 € incl. VAT are subject to a 1 € administration fee (incl. VAT). It is shown in the cart and in the order summary before payment and is included in the VAT invoice as a separate line. The fee does not apply when the value of the goods reaches 10 € or more.
3.3. Payment methods: online banking through Montonio Finance UAB, bank transfer, cash payment at Mėnulio g. 22, Vilnius — a cash receipt order is issued for cash payments. Payment cards are not accepted on site. An order starts to be processed once payment has been received — this applies to all payment methods, including cash. An order that is not paid within 3 business days is cancelled.
3.4. The deposit for the old part, where the manufacturer charges one, is included in the price and stated on the product page. Once the old part is returned within 30 days, the deposit is refunded.
4. Delivery
4.1. Goods are delivered to Omniva or DPD parcel lockers, by DPD courier to the address given, or collected at Mėnulio g. 22, Vilnius. The lead times are stated on the Delivery page and are indicative.
4.2. When accepting the parcel the Buyer must check the packaging; if damage is noticed, it must be recorded in the carrier's document and the Seller informed within 1 business day.
5. Returning items
5.1. A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the item is unused, has not been fitted, has not lost its merchantable appearance and is in its original packaging. The money is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the item.
5.2. Genuine (OE) parts are ordered from the manufacturer according to the individual number provided by the Buyer and a specific car, and therefore, under Article 6.22810(2)(4) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, they are neither exchanged nor returned. Fitted parts, electronics with damaged seals and opened fluids are likewise non-returnable.
5.3. Goods of inadequate quality, or goods other than those ordered, are taken back by the Seller at its own expense and exchanged, or the money is refunded, in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. This provision also applies to genuine parts.
6. Liability
6.1. Catalogue fitment data is provided on the basis of TecAlliance TecDoc. The Seller is not liable for an unsuitable choice of part if the Buyer provided incorrect vehicle details; such a part is taken back under the procedure set out in Section 5.
6.2. The Seller is not liable for indirect losses (fitting work, downtime), except in the cases provided for by law.
7. Dispute resolution
7.1. Disputes are settled by negotiation. A consumer may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lt) or use the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. If no agreement is reached, disputes are settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
