More than 300 lockers across Lithuania. The parcel arrives in 1–2 working days and can be collected within 7 days. You get the door code by SMS.
The DPD Pickup network — lockers and parcel shops. 1–2 working days from dispatch.
Delivery to your address on working days 08:00–17:00. The courier texts you before arriving. Suitable for large and heavy parts.
Applies only when the value of goods is below €10 incl. VAT. Handling, packing and paperwork for a small order cost the same as for a large one. You will see the fee in the cart before payment.

International shipping
We ship to 61 countries — in Europe and beyond. The carriers are FedEx, GLS, DHL; Omniva and DPD, which we offer in Lithuania, do not deliver outside it. Depending on the country, transit takes 3–20 business days from dispatch in Vilnius, and our rate list covers up to 70 kg.

What is worth knowing about shipping abroad
- The price the calculator shows is the same one you will see in the basket — we calculate both from one rate list.
- We choose the carrier ourselves — whichever delivers a parcel of that weight to your country most cheaply. If you want a particular one, say so in the order comments.
- Once dispatched we will e-mail you the tracking number — you can follow the parcel on the carrier's website.
- We prepare the documents and the shipping declaration — you do not need to fill in anything.
For shipments outside the European Union the recipient may have to pay local import taxes and customs duties — these are set by that country's authorities, not by us. The calculator does not price parts heavier than 70 kg or too large for a box (bumpers, bonnets, glass) — write to info@partspro.lt and we will quote the price separately. We do not ship to Russia or Belarus: EU sanctions prohibit carrying car parts there.

Outside Europe
Large and heavy parts
Bumpers, bonnets, glass, shock absorber sets and parts over 30 kg do not fit in parcel lockers — we deliver those by courier only, or you collect them in Vilnius. If the locker you chose will not work, we will contact you and offer an alternative at no extra cost.
Tracking your parcel
Once dispatched we send an email and an SMS with the tracking number. You can follow the parcel in your account next to the order, or directly on the carrier's site.
