You get the bank details on the confirmation page and by email. We order the parts once the payment arrives — usually the next working day.
You pay in cash at Mėnulio g. 22 — we issue a cash receipt voucher. We do not accept payment cards on site. We order the parts once payment is received, so call in within 3 working days — that is how long we hold the order.

VAT invoices
Private customers get the invoice by email. Companies get it with the details entered in the order (“Buying on behalf of a company”). You will always find your invoices in your account next to the order.
Deposit
For some parts (starters, alternators, brake calipers, power steering racks) the manufacturer charges a deposit for the old unit. It is included in the price and marked on the product page. Return the old part within 30 days and we refund the deposit to your account.
